God, why does speaking the truth feel scary and heart breaking when it is supposed to be loving?
 
“‘Sometimes loving means saying no.  Sometimes loving means letting go.’ This is letting go of the outcome from speaking the truth and trusting that no matter what, the greatest outcomes happen when the truth is spoken.   Love is only revealed within the truth.
