Good morning God.  Yesterday I went on a bike ride and I’m laughing as I noticed my mind chewing on several different situations and things that didn’t feel good, so I kept switching things to think about and all I got was chaos.  Then I asked:  Hey, God, what do I focus on instead of all this?  And you (of course) said:

“Nothing – just be quiet.  Be present.  Look at the scenery.  Be open to hearing.  Be the joy you feel when you ride your bike.”

From that point my level of joy and peace grew and continued into the rest of my day. 

Today I come to you in this quiet place, watching, listening – feeling your love and peace.   Feeling… me?

“Oh my love, peace is your natural state.  Love is what you are.  This is the truth.  Everything else is a lie.  This does not mean you are not sensitive to the world, but most of what you have been struggling with are all opinions.   The (your) truth is not subject to opinion – as this is also my truth.  Your mind wants to sort out all the stories, which are all made of opinions.  It is a waste of time.  It is in the quiet that you know the truth – born of love.  Born of Me.  This is what you want, isn’t it?

Good morning God.  Today I step into a new beginning with my work.  I think I’m getting just an inkling of the magnitude of this opportunity – what is there, and what I/You/We have to bring and co-create.  Thank you for all the “coincidences” ;>) that led up to this new adventure.

“Good morning my love.  Yes, the coincidences… amazing aren’t they?  What if you looked at all of your life as a string coincidences that create your journey of learning and growth… and then realize that there of course are no coincidences?  Now is a time of great change and growth – all orchestrated on a whole other dimension by your soul(s).  You know this as you are awakening to this dimension – yes, you are seeing.  There are many more coincidences to come – your choice is whether or not to live in happy expectation and trust, or sit in worry and disbelief.  You can feel yourself moving out of your momentary disbelief – into remembering… again.  Welcome home.

Good morning God. Yesterday I spent the day resting in your arms – immersed in your presence. I’m seeing that the more I focus on being with you, the more I see, and the more peace I feel.  In this time of great changes, I’m seeing the choices I made through this greater level of consciousness, and understanding the perfecting and opportunities to learn. I’m feel like a massive shift just happened. And here I am again – deepening my commitment to living with you – without distractions.

“Oh, there will always be distractions. So, it is your commitment to me – which is a commitment to you, that you just need to keep returning to as your priority. Have compassion for your unconsciousness as it was just a momentary lapse for you. Have compassion for others unconsciousness – it has been your anger and frustration about unconsciousness that has contributed to your unconsciousness. Do what ever it takes – take what ever time you need – to be at peace with Me. This is how you can be with the unconsciousness and fear in the world and not contribute, but heal and transform it.  Thank you for being with me yesterday, today, forever and eternity.

Good afternoon God.  Great mountain bike ride today.  I’m feeling strong, fit, and healthy.  I have been in quiet communion with you all morning, and I especially appreciated our dialogue throughout the bike ride.  I experienced a massive movement of energy, and so much healing, opening and expanding.  Thank you for helping me see….

“Beautiful One.  You are seeing because you have opened your eyes.  You asked to know the truth and the truth was revealed.  It always is.  Your quest for understanding, healing, truth and love is being answered.  Your intention and desire to live a Sacred Life with Me is opening the door to the greatest love and joy imaginable – in fact beyond anything you can imagine (and I’m not just talking about another person).  Trust that you have attracted everyone and everything to play a part in your awakening.  So know that you don’t have to push against (resist) anything as it is all a beautiful gift.  Trust the unfolding and the movement of energy.  You are here with Me.  You have chosen to be here.  Know that from here you will continue to see what you need to see.  Just be with Me.  There is nothing else for you to do.

Good morning God.  Yesterday, I made a big change with my work and today woke up feeling more peaceful than I have in a while.  I can see that I am setting intentions and taking action – choosing what is more aligned with who I am – and who I want (at a Soul level) to become.   I’m feeling expansive.  Thank you.

“Thank you.  You have made a commitment to me and your soul’s desires, so you are bringing about what you truly want.  Thank you for saying yes.  Hold this expansiveness as it is where you thrive.  This is what is possible and real.  You were also given a gift yesterday to choose reduction or expansion.  This choice is always yours.  You know the obvious choice when you are with me.  Hold on for an incredible ride.  This is just the beginning.

Good morning God.  Yesterday and this morning, I found myself stuck in some of the old stories and thinking things should be different and thus feeling bad.  I can see that my mind has taken hold of a story and has applied meaning and judgement that things are wrong.   I feel like I’m resisting the changes, which is causing me a lot of suffering.  Please help me accept the changes as being what is needed for everyone.

“Good morning my love.  Beautiful.  Your mind can and will tell you stories of right and wrong all day long.  So, what story do you want to tell yourself?  

A better one.

What does ‘better’ mean?”

For me, it is the true story.  I’m tired of trying to figure things out in my mind from the old paradigm.  I want YOUR story.  Your truth.  

“And you are learning that what you know is THE truth is my truth – my version of reality – for you now.  So, now, move into my awareness – my level of consciousness – and from here, what is the truth?

That everything is perfect and that I have lost nothing – other than the insanity and pain of my participation in the dysfunction that came from unconsciousness.

“Which perspective and version of reality do you want?  The one that unconscious minds created, or mine?” 

Yours.

“The truth is right here all the time.  Do you think your mind knows the truth?”  

No.  It only knows what it learned/experienced and assigned meaning to from its perspective.

“Right.  So, as I have told you before, teach your mind a new truth.  My truth.  That all is well and resistance if futile.

Good morning God.  Today I read in A Course in Miracles that we have taught our selves the unnatural habit of not communicating with our creator.  So many people are impressed (or skeptical) with my ability to write to you and hear your words – yet this feels natural to me. Thank you for writing and speaking to me when ever I ask for your guidance.

“Good morning my love.  This is the most important thing that you have come to remember, experience, and share.  This form (writing) is just one of the infinite ways in which I communicate with you.  This form is helpful because you can capture my communication directly and then read it again or share it with others.  The vibrational energy in this communication is high so you and others can feel and receive the transformative value of it.  You know this as you shift your level of consciousness to an elevated state as we do this.  Your meditation is a wonderful preparation, but you experience the real shift when we engage in dialogue and communion together.  My presence becomes real as you watch the words appear on the page through your hands.  It is rather miraculous – and you sometimes forget how miraculous it is because you can do this any time you want.  So, really, isn’t this your proof that miracles are common?  As you see so many who are lost and searching for Me (them Selves) in every corner of the world – just as you did – you know that you have found me right here.  Don’t be afraid to tell others of our relationship.  It is as normal and natural as breathing.  Thank you for sharing it – that is all you have to do.

Good morning God.  Long and busy day yesterday with some twists and turns.  I didn’t get to meditate and write alone, but did share you directly and indirectly.  Today I’m feeling at peace.  I am feeling a new connection to my Self – my Truth.  Thank you.

“Good morning my love.  You are reconnecting/connecting to a deeper level of truth within you, which is shifting your perspective on how you are choosing to be and what you are wanting to do.  You are connecting more powerfully to the truth, which is your awareness and realization of me.  This is all you need to focus on right now.  Everything will fall into place when you do this.  You are at peace because you are here.  Be who you truly are and enjoy yourself.  And who you truly are is peaceful, confident, humble, innocent, loving and beautiful (just to name a few things).

Good morning God.  Last night I was compelled to go to a party at a friend’s house overlooking the festival in Lyons.  When I got there most of the people had left except for my friend and a couple of young people who were staying there.  What occurred was the most amazing, honest, and open discussion, sharing love, truth and You.  My heart was full of your love as I felt it flowing to and through me.  Thank you.

“Good morning my love.  As you experienced, sharing me and my love is the most important thing you can do.  As you are deepening into me, you will be compelled to go to more places and be with more people who are seeking me and want to share this space with you.  You can also share me with everyone even when you aren’t talking about me.  Just be with me and offer me through your honesty and kindness.  I can see your fear as there is sometimes risk in honesty with those who are steeped in their fears.   It is ok to stop trying to share me with them. Go where your gifts are wanted.  I haven’t sent you here to make people see me.  I have come to experience life with and through you, and to share love.  You don’t need to keep knocking on the closed doors, when there are millions of open doors for us to explore.  Keep following your compulsions.  Thank you for following that impulse and walking through that door.

Good morning God.  Thank you for your presence and reminders of my levels of consciousness.  I can see myself moving between victim, judge, blame and guilt, and the realm of love, peace and understanding.  It is interesting to see that nothing has changed – accept within me.

“Good morning my love.  If you look, you can always find things to blame others for, be guilty of, and basically see fault with.  This is because your mind (ego) believes its job is to judge and make meaning to support its (your) beliefs.  So if you are seeking to justify a certain belief, you will always find it.  What you are trying to do is prove your innocence within this version of reality among those who live in fear and are looking to justify those fears.  There is no way to find peace and truth in this world because it is not possible.  Your only option is to move your perspective and your level of consciousness to the place where you can see and know the truth – which is that none of the stories and applied meanings are true or real.  The more time you spend here, the more peaceful and loving you will be.  You will not need to participate any more.  You will come to the point where you can engage without participation.  This is when you know you are free.

Good morning God.  I’m feeling a little more grounded today.  I’m read to let go of the past and move on – to look forward.  In the past it has taken me a long time to get over relationships.  I do want to honor my experience on earth, but I would also like to not linger in the pain.   Help me see what I need to learn and then move on.

Good morning my love.  You are operating at a higher level of consciousness than ever before so the time it will take for you to see and heal what is yours to see and heal will be faster (in your concept of time) than ever before.  Don’t worry about everything else.  Your healing is your priority and everything else will fall into place when you focus on this.  You have known this for a long time.  You have made healing your priority because you know that you only share toxicity and pain when you are steeped in your own fear and pain.  You are coming home to what you have known all along, but not completely honored.  There was a good reason you did this, so please don’t judge your self.  Now, this is your opportunity to reset and reconnect to your truth without compromise.  Be grateful for the space and the opportunity to do this again.  The question I have for you is, will you give up yourself for someone else again?

Good morning God. I’m getting tired of entertaining the stories – reviewing and judging, feeling guilt or assigning blame.  None of it is true nor real nor matters.  I’m seeing the insanity of the ideas of guilt or innocence – because there is always something to be guilty for.  I’m tired of trying to prove my innocence to others, but really to myself.  There has been a battle raging inside me trying to defend my intrinsic value.  Thank you for giving me an incredible mirror to help me.  I guess I needed these lessons to truly see and choose to live in the now and to give up my judgement and guilt, becoming free from the insanity.  I wrote this song four years ago.  You would think I would have learned…

Good morning my love. I can see that you feel guilty for participating in the judgement and guilt even as you were seeing the insanity of the lies.  But, please remember that you are also the student and what I give you to share is also for you to learn.  I don’t expect you to know it immediately.  You are in the realm of the human experience and you are in the exact place and time you have come to be in.  Trust that your gifts are being given and will continue to be received by those who are ready to receive them.  Your learning is perfect – and your intentions are pure.  From here you can forgive and accept and see that there is no-one who is right or wrong – thus making judgement and guilt irrelevant.  As Kathy just confirmed – keep focusing on gratitude for the lessons.  Things are shifting for you rapidly.

Good morning God.  I’m sitting by a beautiful garden at a wonderful friend’s home.  I’m focusing on gratitude today.  I know that everything is perfect and that I have nothing to fear.  I know I am in the middle of some great changes which are opportunities to learn and grow – especially because they are hard.  Today, I am stepping back and saying thank you – for all of it.

Good morning my love.  You have so much love and support around you.  You also have so much love and support to give and there are many who see you and appreciate you.  As you look upon the flowers all around you, you can appreciate them while knowing that they are impermanent (changing) at the same time.  You also see the bees and wasps and birds, and can appreciate the beauty and interdependence of everything.  This is how I create and the world evolves.  Now, you are evolving.  Embrace everything and everyone.  Step into your lessons and know that they are your greatest opportunities for growth to date.  From here, gratitude becomes you.

Good morning God.  My mother left this morning.  She has made an offer on a home in Lyons and is planning on moving here.  Another big change.  Lots of changes.  Feeling a bit overwhelmed.  I’m reading a book by my friend David Robinson, called the Seer.  It has shown up as a gift I needed to receive right now, reminding me that I still have choices.  Not in what I can’t control, but in what I can.  And it is up to me to recognize the difference.  I can see that the first step is – Step 1.  Divine Attention – Connect to Source – to You..  From here, I can see what I can control and what I can’t.  I know I need to stop spending energy wanting what I can’t change to be different.

Good morning my love.  There is a shift available for you here.  There is another way to be with what is that is empowering versus limiting.  Yes, there are things you can not control.  But within the contexts and circumstances there are still infinite possibilities and thus choices.  Align with what is your truth and you will see beyond the limited viewpoint and realize what is possible – yes, preferable for you.  Its time to give yourself the gift of your unbounded creativity.  This time of many changes is offering you multiple opportunities to recreate your life.  Receive it all as a gift.

Good morning God.  How do I interact from the present moment and awareness that all is well with people who are seeing everything through the lens of fear and the past?

Good morning my love.  First, just love them.  I know you are trying to invite them to see through the lens you are beginning to see through, but it is not always possible for people who are very attached to their paradigm to see another way.  This is where I will ask you again to stop trying.  Just be with them and everyone from your place of love and acceptance.  From here they will experience the present moment through you and will be given a glimpse into this other world.  The truth of this will speak to them in ways you can not.
