Good morning God. I’m feeling a deeper level of peace and knowing that all truly is well.  I of course intellectually know this, as you have been telling me this for a long time.  But knowing it on one level and feeling it/trusting it to be true is another.  I have continued to have opportunities to heal and forgive to the point of feeling worn out and wondering if I could ever heal my insecurities, pain, loss, and disappointments.  But I have continued to face it all and do the work with you.  And… today, I know there has been another shift, another level of knowing a new place of peace.  I can tell this is not a new thing I’ve gained but a clearing to what has always been here.  This is a space where fear does not live.  This feels so good.  Thank you. 

“Good morning my love.  This is You.  There is no fear in You.  Fear comes when your mind (ego self) believes that You are not enough and tries to create you – actually take over You, and direct your experience on earth (which is what is considered normal).  The thought that you must create your self and your life disconnected from your true Self and Me creates fear.  You are fearless and powerful and need nothing added to be You.  In fact everything added – which is added with the thought that you were deficient, only distracts and diminishes.  This includes education, careers, things, hobbies, and relationships.  You have been clearing away what you added that you thought you needed to create in order to come back to the real You – the one who has everything.  From here you can know what is truly yours to do from who You truly are.  From here you will see what You want to create – what You have come to give, and will learn what you need to to be in service and express Your beautiful magnificent Self.  And everything you want to be, have, and create is yours as you freely be and give love without fear – because it (fear) does not exist.  I have been telling you not to be afraid and know that even Me telling you would not automatically remove your fear.  It takes clearing away the things inside and outside of you that are not of You that will allow the fearless One to truly be.  And You have done this and will continue to do this because through your experience you know that this is the truth.  Welcome home my love.  You are coming home to You.

Good morning God.  As I let go of judgement, I also see this as letting go of expectation and thus eliminating disappointment.  I’m experiencing more forgiveness, acceptance and gratitude every day.  I am amazed at what you are teaching me as I foray into the dark places that still haunt my consciousness.  You are showing me the truth and reminding me of my choice to be a victim of the old paradigm, or empowered by the truth.  I see where I gave up (give up) my power and have waited for permission to be me from others.  The truth is no-one has ever stood in my way but me.  And in the past year what was no longer serving me was taken away by You and by me.  It is time to move forward from this new place of truth.  Today I finish emptying out my storage container – with much of it going away.  But I also brought home the canvas journals (about 90 4′ x 4′ canvases with our conversations), which can now be photographed for my book.  There is a new and greater version of me emerging – more able and ready to co-create with You a life of grand service and joy.  I know this is why I’m here – why we are all here.  To remember who we are and to live in the joy of that being. 

“Good morning my love. Beautiful. Yes, trust this.  Trust the perfection in all of this.  Your intention and commitment to Me makes it so.  Walk in peace as you focus on what is before you.  Each step is like a brush stroke.  In a while you will stand back and be amazed at the beautiful painting we are creating together!

I have to add a note that God is reminding me of my experience with painting.  I spend hours laying down brush-stokes of paint feeling completely guided, and then stepping back and being amazed to see the images emerge.  I am excited to approach my life in this same way with everything I do.

Good morning God. I still find myself judging, which is causing me pain.  But I know…

I do not know.
I can not know.
So, I can not judge.
I accept everyone as perfect in God’s plan.
I can not know this plan.
So, I can not judge.
I can not really know anything.
I can hear God speak to me.
I can choose to listen or not.
I can not hear God speak to anyone else.
I can not make them listen or not.
I can only know what is mine to know and do through God.
It is my job to focus on that.
I forgive myself for meddling in other’s business.

“Good morning my love. Beautiful.  You are seeing and understanding more and more every day.  This does not mean you will not help and engage, but you will focus on love and forgiveness and function and what is working for you.  I will guide you.  I do guide you.  Yes, you do not know – for you or anyone else.  So, yes, stop thinking/judging.  We keep coming to this as your ego mind thinks it knows.  But it only knows what it learned from the disconnected world that you were born into.  Now you are learning from me and choosing to live in a different world and thus must discard everything you learned and think you “know”.  This is the knowing that comes from past interpretations based on prior beliefs.  And none of that was real or true.  So, now you see that you don’t know.  You never knew and now you are free to see anew.  This is how you let go of judgement.  You can’t know my plan for others.  You barely know my plan for you.  So as you give your life to me, as you have decided, you can give everyone’s life to me.  You can give everything to me and focus on just listening.  I am directing you and will take care if it all, if you let me.

Today, just say:  ‘I can’t know, so I will just listen’.

Good morning God.  More letting go.  I’m cleaning out my storage container as the company lost their lease and I have to move it.  Another forced evacuation from my past.  I’m getting back things that matter to me and letting go of things that no longer apply.  It feels good and freeing.  Again, I see you are directing things for me.  If I wait long enough what is not mine is taken away.  So, do I just keep waiting, and let things just happen?

“Good morning my love.  Everything is in its perfect timing.  And you are shifting your attention to re-creating your life as you are turning the pages on your last chapters.  Stay focused on doing what is before you.  What you truly desire is going to manifest very quickly now as you have cleared away the debris of your past and the illusions of your fears.  From this clean clear canvas of your being anything and everything is possible.  And you will see the greatest desires of your soul without doubt or limiting belief.  This is what you have “waited” for your whole life.  You have waited for you to be truly You – without the limitations.  What you have come to discover is that all the limitations have been completely chosen by you.  And with this, you are knowing that it is the You that knows that you are actually Me – and thus realizing that you are truly unlimited and Divine.  And from here there is no fear.  So, you see, there is nothing more to wait for.  You are free.

Good morning God.  Yesterday you pointed out my judgement around my pain and fear.  I feel like I must be pretty pathetic as even with all this work, I continue to find pain in fear hiding within me.  So, yes, I do have some judgement.

“Good morning my love. You are so full of love and just want to share that love with everyone.  You are so sensitive that you feel the pain and fear of the world which made it difficult to share this love, and thus believed that was real.  The truth is everyone is steeped in this fear, but most people don’t see it as such and believe it is a normal way of being.  This belief was the source of your depression, and you know you did not want to “live” this way.  So, you began to ask if there was another way.  And through all of our work and time together you have been learning that yes, there is another way.  But this way is not what is normal or ordinary, but extraordinary!  Don’t judge yourself, just like I’m asking you not to judge others for the prevailing and predominant state of fear in yourself and the world.  But I am also asking you not to despair any longer.  For through your awakening you are helping the world to awaken.  It is vital that you keep going.  Our life depends on it.

Good morning God and everyone. I have been reading A Course in Miracles, writing with God every day, but not keeping up with posting.  I’m shifting from being in a healing mode to focusing on doing things and creating in the world at a higher level in both time and energy.  Even so, I’ve been watching my emotions and seeing the places fear and anger still have some holds on me.  I’ve been quite diligent, taking every instant into a forgiveness process, and have been amazed at how I’m feeling the negative energies dissipate.  With this I’m feeling growing peace, clarity, and confidence.  Thank you!

“Good morning my love. Fearlessness is the true path to peace.  Thank you for doing the work to release more of your lifetime of fear.  Keep watching and clearing as you are moving forward.  And it is from your knowing that this is the way to peace that you will be at peace (versus judgement) as you are noticing and facing the fears to be cleared once and for all.  There are two ways of being in the world:  You can push and struggle through life in spite of your fears – as that is how the ego works.  Or, you can know there is nothing to be afraid of and allow yourself to be carried.  The ego way tells you that you will reach your goal of peace once you persevere through the fear and achieve success.  But as you know there is no lasting satisfaction in just achieving. Satisfaction comes from how you are being.  So, be Me.  Trust Me.  Do what you need to do to be the love that you are – and continue to watch for and banish (recognize the unreality of) fear.  This is a whole new way of being.  And what you can come to remember and share.

Good Morning God. I’m beginning to open to seeing what I want to create next in my life.  I’m asking what excites me, and nothing really excites me like the thought of being an artist used to.  I’m seeing myself writing and doing workshops and retreats on our work together, but that is a bit fuzzy and off in the distance.  I’m feeling like I will be doing that when I have unshakable knowingness of my beingness as You.  I think I still have some work to do to get there.  For now, I need to deal with my “stuff”.  I think I need to be who I am, where I am, with the wonderful opportunities I have been given, and experience what I would call success from this new more awakened place.  I know there is nothing else to do.  I surrender to your guidance.

“Good morning my love. You are doing so well and are exactly where you need to be.  You have been cleaning up your inner space and now it is time to clean up your outer space.  There are more things to let go of there and some things to keep.  Once this is done (your storage room specifically), you will move back into a super creative mode on your projects.  So, focus on what is before you.  Make room for more to be created.  All is in its perfect timing.

Good Morning God.  I’m becoming very aware of the victim story I can tell myself and the years of depression that I attributed to the conditions of my life.  I see that it was all my learned beliefs that I was powerless.  It was from me seeing others behaviors, attitudes, and fears as able to affect my sense of well being, happiness, self esteem, and joy.  And the closer I was to that person, the greater the power I gave them.  And since they too lived in the world of conditional happiness, I was not only affected by the conditions of my life, but the conditions of theirs.  I see that I would eventually leave them because “they” made me unhappy.  So, here I am, alone again…

I trust the perfection in all of this and not that I shouldn’t be alone (as in not in a primary relationship with a significant other).  But now, I seek your peace as the only condition that I accept as my truth and source of my happiness.  With this, I can be with anyone in any condition and be at peace.  And to be fair with myself, for most of my life I did not know You.  So, finding You has changed everything!  Thank you for this awareness. 

“Good morning my love.  It is from this new level of consciousness from which you see.  And you are both seeking (attracting) others who can join you here as well as being able to be with those who are living in fear without allowing them to effect you.  Both are possible and what you are manifesting now because this is how and who you are being.  Your intention makes it so.  And your intention to live in the truth of who you are will bring you peace.  All you need to focus on is the intention and I will do the rest.  Easy, huh?

Yes!  And I also heard my ego say “right”, quite sarcastically.  Today I’ve seen these two aspects of my quite clearly.  I’m feeling myself in the expanding, loving place and also can see this sarcastic ego limited self.  They live in completely different versions of reality.  It’s almost like, do I want to step into the role in this play or be who I truly am?  Today, I’m choosing to be who I truly am – the one who lives in peace and love for myself and everyone.  Thank you.

Good Morning God. I’m feeling very quiet this morning.  I feel peaceful.  Thank you.

“Good morning my love.  This space is more expansive than any mental construct or story you can hold in your mind.  Your stories by their nature are limited.  You have been writing about your fear of being limited, but that is impossible unless you believe it.  And you believe it because you try to see and create the stories based on limited possibilities that you devise.  But I am inviting you to the quiet – the place of unlimited possibilities.  This is the world of love and truth and where you know nothing can touch you.  You have been noticing your mind and emotions becoming quieter and quieter as you are doing your forgiveness/healing work and focusing on doing what feel effortless and inspiring.  You wonder if it will end and if you will go back to the mental story telling and attached emotional charges.  It is up to you.  Which do you prefer?

I like the quiet.  Can I stay here?

“Yes, if you want.  And I’m going to tell you that the peace you seek ONLY lives here.  So if you set your intention to staying in the quiet, and not allowing any story and associated (judgmental) commentaries to have an “airplay”, you can experience the unlimited possibilities that you have come to experience.  Now, be quiet, listen and move from the impulse of your soul.

Good Morning God.  I started working early today, setting up a new computer as I have a lot of work to do.  Like my truck, my old Mac decided to break down, forcing me to buy a new one.  What is this all about?

“Good morning my love.  Yes, you were forced (ha!) to remove one more limitation from your life.  You have continually seen how you couldn’t do this or that because your computer was too old.  And last week you found the software you need to write the book, only to discover that you could not run it.  In your mind, you decided you needed a new computer.  Your car, your computer, your paint brushes, are not things that you want because your ego wants them, they are your tools for creation and service.  And you are stepping into a higher level of service than ever before.  So, don’t worry about the money.  It will all show up in abundance as long as you focus on service and helping others.  Which is truly what is in your heart.  The key here is to trust what you know in your heart and don’t second guess it (or let others doubts deter you).  You have extraordinary gifts to give.  And sharing them is why you are here.

Good Morning God and everyone.  On this Thanksgiving day I am so grateful for everything and everyone in my life.  I’m grateful for God’s guidance and this feeling of peace and knowing that all is well.  I’m grateful for all my friends and family  – especially you – who have shared this journey with me as I write from the human and Divine One I am.  I’m feeling a grander shift happening as this Thanksgiving marks some important anniversaries.  It has been one year since I ended my relationship, a year since I returned home after being displaced by the flood, and a year since I stopped drinking alcohol.  This has been a profound and hugely transformational year and I’m grateful for all of it.  I know that I’m moving forward in a whole new way as never before.

“Good morning my love and everyone!  You are all so beautiful and wonderful and as you bring your hearts and minds to being in gratitude, you will know the truth of this.  This life is a gift and this experience is what you created for your Self.  As you grow in your awareness of this you also become aware of what needs to change to bring about what you have already decided you wanted to experience.  Sometimes the impetus of this is given to you – such as a flood.  But how you respond is where your opportunity to grow is offered.  Reflect on your life today and see the perfection of it all.  From here, gratitude will naturally become you.

Good Morning God. Thank you for this shift.  I’m picking up the brush, the pen, and the computer and feeling my confidence, clarity, and creativity return.  I know it is only my own human brain that can believe in limitation.  What is fascinating is that it manifests in my feelings and emotions whether I am enthused or depressed.  And that certainly effects my creativity and productivity.  But, I hear your words and feel your love and I am feeling a miraculous shift to to remembering the truth and feeling excited again.

“Good morning my love.  You are doing so well.  Everything you want and need is being presented to you and even this return to fear was perfect in showing you what you needed to heal to move forward.  Things are shifting radically.  Miracles are happening.  You are exactly where you need to be.  Do what you see is yours and don’t worry about the rest.  Your efforts are more than sufficient.

Good Morning God.  For the past few days, I see I have entertained a story of limitation, which brought up some of my old depression, even as I am trying to stay connected with you.  But in our time this morning I saw what is mine to do, and that I have to do it and trust that it is what is needed now.  I am aware of my history of living in this diminished, limited, and depressed place for long periods of time.  Now, I’m aware of the fact that I create it all, and though the old thought patterns have shown up, I am shifting it pretty quickly.  I feel that progress is being made.

“Good morning my love.  Your determination to live from the truth of who you are is greater than your acceptance of a life of limitation.  Moving from a life-long belief that others – that the conditions of this world – can limit you, to knowing, acting on and experiencing a life where there are no limits is not easy.  If it were, then this world would look very different.  So, see all of this as a gift.  You are seeing what is your to paint now.  This is your gift to bring.  Pick up the brush.

Good Morning God.  One gift from cleaning out my truck was finding a pamphlet from the Emissaries of Divine Light –  The Seven Steps to the Temple of Light.  The first step is:  Patience: 

“… A steadfast attitude toward the unreal: ‘IT MATTERS NOT TO ME’.  Thus it is that the outer man is free from all attachments of the outer world and, being free, perfect Patience is maintained in Tranquility.  Let Love Radiate without concern for results….”

“Good morning my love.  Yes, be patient with yourself today.  Listen and trust.  This is all you need to do as you know you can also hear.  So, with this knowing, you can attend to what is true and real for you.

Good morning God. Yesterday I did forgiveness work around someone who is very fearful.  Through that process I was taken deep into my own fear of fear.  I see that I believed that fearful people – the fearful world, was more powerful than me – more powerful than You!  You then helped me see that when you have told me that the fear is not real, I didn’t understand.  I thought since there is nothing to fear, then no-one should be afraid and I judged them for being fearful.  But you are telling me that if I see the fear, then I too am seeing it as real.  You are inviting me through our writing and (of course) the reading in ACIM, to just see the truth of innocence and love – making only that real.  Here is what you wrote to me yesterday:

“…The first level of understanding is, what anyone is afraid of is not real because there is nothing to be afraid of.  The next part is that the fear is not real and thus has no power.  Both are part of the same illusion.  See others behavior without judgement or interpretation.  You see fear and believe it can hurt you, so you become afraid.  But, the behavior is just the behavior and information to work with.  It can’t hurt you.  You are responsible for your fearlessness.  It is all a delusion. If you react in fear, you are making it real and part of the delusion.  Stay awake.”

“Good morning my love. Yes, you believed it was real and so it had power.  Now you know fear is not real so you can remember the truth and not even see it.  This is how you live in truth.  Those who are living in a place where they act from the illusion of fear will have a harder time staying there when their reality is not acknowledged.  This is what I wrote to you on the Canvas Journals – ‘…don’t honor or even acknowledge fear.’  Remember that everything is either an expression of love or a call for love.  Thank you for doing this work.  You are now freer to serve the world from a place of love – without limitation.
