This is telling me to show up as who I am now without the alcohol and old patterns of limited beliefs in my life.  I still sometimes feel some of the old doubts and fears around my abilities based on my past failures and limitations.  But, I am making choices that are changing how I am showing up and expanding what I am truly capable of from this place.  I’m stepping up and walking forward trusting this path.

“As you are looking at your vulnerability, you also begin to look at your self at a deeper level.  Are you hiding who you are, or who you have been?  Have you been in your integrity?  When you are being in your integrity, you can share who you are without fear because you know it is from the truth.  The problem is, since you and most people have lived disconnected from your Selves and Me, you don’t know what the truth is so you don’t know how to be in your integrity.  From here you tend to do things that are not in alignment with you, which you will ultimately not feel good and make you want to hide.  This is the cycle of insanity that you can stop for your self and everyone in your world right now.  This invitation to connect with Me is actually an invitation to connect with you and living in your integrity.  This is where you do what you know is for the highest good for you and all, and thus are not afraid.  I loved what you wrote years ago Diane, “peace comes with you can trust your self not to screw yourself over”.  My question is, which self do you trust and thus listen to?

Every day, I begin my day connecting with God and connecting with the One (Self) I trust to do what I feel is right in each moment.  From here I know I am doing my best and am in my greatest integrity.  This, as my focus is my guide.  For there is nothing else to do.

“There is much talk and confusion around “vulnerability”, “appropriate fear”, and “safety”.  The reality of it all can only be seen and understood from a level of consciousness that knows that you are intrinsically invulnerable.  From here you show up in truth and honesty without hiding because you know that you are invulnerable.  And from here you know how to appropriately care for what is yours to care for on this earth plane.  For many the path to realizing that you are invulnerable is to be vulnerable – to share the truth of who you are even if you are scared.  This is useful because the light that you are can only be seen when it is uncovered.  This includes being seen by you.

Even as I share who I am, I can also see where I am still hiding.  So there is always an edge.  A friend of mine puts on an open mic asking people to show up to their edge.  It is a time to be witnessed and held as we step out on that edge – not knowing if we would fall.  I did (step out and fall), and I didn’t die.  She created a safe place to put into the light what wants to emerge at this edge.  I’m continuing to build the muscle (courage?) of honesty in my being and doing – testing the edges of the truth of my invulnerability.

“You will play around in the illusion until you get tired of it.  You will dabble in metaphysics, self help, and/or religion until you find it is just seeking a different version of reality from your current level of consciousness. At some point something will knock you off your feet or bring you to your knees and you will ask with humility, now what?  And I will answer.  And you may hear me and ask me to help you.  Or, you may not believe that I have answered and dismiss me for a little longer.  But at some point you will decide you have had enough, and surrender what you thought was real for the truth beyond space and time.  And as you open to this knowing you will feel a level of peace and love like never before.  Now you know there is something more.  You will go back to what is familiar, but you can no longer claim ignorance.  You know there is something more and that it is up to you to choose it.  Are you ready to accept that responsibility?

Yes.  And I see the choice is in every moment of every day.  Choosing between being in judgement or compassion.  Deciding to react or respond from habitual constructs created by fear, or a from deeper place of knowing.  I’m done with the illusion.  I know too much.  And I am loving what I’m experiencing here, living in the truth beyond space and time.

Wow.  A beautiful soul I was recently working with received the message to be a “humble sponge”.  I loved this idea of just being and knowing that everything we need is brought to us like a sponge sitting in the ocean.  I then thought, but I don’t just want to be a sponge that is sitting still and just receiving, I must go and do something – be in service!  But then I realized, I have no idea how many hundreds or thousands or billions of organisms are nourished by and benefit from the life of a sponge.  I don’t think any of us know what the magnitude of the value in our “just being” truly is.

Yes.  I’m seeing more, feeling more, and am aware of where I’m still judging and afraid.  But from this new place, I know that they are but remnants of my old habits and beliefs.  From this new place, I am feeling the old patterns dissolve as soon as I recognize them.  I give them to God, and they are replaced with humility and love. I’m sorry for my judgment. I give it to you God.

They say that you can never “arrive”, but I feel like this knowing, this state of peace is a new place to be.  I am finding myself in a place of understanding this – a place of seeing that I am in choice around allowing things to rock me off my foundation or not.  I am feeling a greater level of confidence and fearlessness from life.  I am quiet.  And in the quiet I do know what all is well.

A friend just sent me an article on Ho’oponopono, a Hawaiian healing process, and a therapist that healed an entire ward of mentally ill people, by just focusing on healing himself and sending love to his patients.  I know that all those who are acting out in the world are just needing love.  And the more I am healing myself the more capacity I have to love, even in the face of what does not feel easy to love.

“As you awaken into your true self, you will discover that what is truly yours is awaiting you.  All that is required is for you to become clear on what that is, and claim it.  The greatest things, experiences, and relationships are available to you.  If you don’t feel like you have them, it is only that you haven’t asked for them.  How do you do this?  Just ask yourself what your greatest desires are, without judgement or limitation.  Be open and accepting of your Self – your truth.  Anything and everything is possible.  Now, it is up to you to choose.

I have spent a lot of years either chasing after things to make me happy, or feeling like I shouldn’t want anything to make me happy because “I’m spiritual”.   But, living on earth includes the material as well as the ethereal.  In all cases, I was seeking happiness and peace, but what is different is the level of consciousness in which the desires come from.  As I attracted things from fear, hoping it would squelch the fear, nothing seemed to make me happy.  But as I focus on truly knowing my Self, what I desire comes from a place of peace and has a much higher vibrational quality that is in support of creativity and joy.  I’m asking again and again, what is the truth?  I have experienced over and over in my life the truth of “be careful what you ask for, as you just might get it”.  My experience has been:  I always get it.  So, now, I’m being careful and clear and asking for and choosing the most incredible dreams I can imagine… Much is happening in miraculous ways.  And I’m excited to see what happens next.

Wow.  I am experiencing this.  Miracles are abounding, and the more I let go, the more I am seeing them.  This is getting easier every day.  I’m focusing on what I want to create by focusing on creating it within me.  Focusing on doing what is in my integrity, and allowing the results to be what they will.  I am seeing a few places that I didn’t have to do anything but pray for the highest good. With this, I’m watching it all unfold in more beautiful ways that I could have imagined.
