I heard this today on my hike, as I was walked on an ice-strewn trail. I really had to focus on where I was stepping, so I didn’t fall. I remember a time when I was riding my bike and thinking about a situation that made me quite upset. The next thing I knew, I was on the ground (still have a dent in my leg to remind me of this crash). I’m seeing the power of presence, and my practice has helped me go from being extremely ADD, to a level of focus and confidence that gives me the knowing that I can do anything.
