Good morning God. I focused on breathing and listening yesterday.  I also noticed how often I was holding my breath.  Almost like I was waiting – or hiding, or resisting.  It takes effort to hold my breath.  What is this about?

“Good morning my love. Yes.  You hold your breath in fear of feeling or experiencing what you fear will be uncomfortable.  You want to escape from situations where anger or fear, conflict or disappointment are being expressed.  On one level you are tired of this and don’t want to participate at this level of consciousness.  But the real opportunity here is to realize that others’ anger and fear can’t hurt you, and since it does you have an erroneous belief that you can now choose to heal.  No-one else’s fear, unconsciousness or anger can hurt you – or even touch you when you understand the true nature of who you are (and everyone is).  In this lies the gift for you to see and heal, once and for all, another layer of the delusion.
