Good morning God.  Thank you for the immense healing that continues.  This weekend I’m on a mountain biking adventure with a friend – doing something that I so love, and something that I pretty much gave up for a relationship.  In the ride yesterday, I felt a part of myself returning to myself, which showed me another way that I become a stranger to myself, and didn’t even know it.  I’m seeing trying to change myself to fit into something that I thought I wanted, doesn’t work.  his has been a lifelong pattern with many things.  This is opening the realization that I have never believed that I am good enough, valuable, Ok as I am, and should change.  This other part is that I also believed that about others.  I see this healing leading to accepting everyone and everything exactly as they are/it is – starting with myself.

“Good morning my love.  You are getting to a core of your ego’s deception.  It is your belief in your lack of value – not being Ok, not enough, being imperfect, that you have believed and then projected onto the world.  And those beliefs are shared by just about everyone at some level so they are also projecting and thus this belief is reinforced.  You knew this and have been working with this, but now with your desire to heal at an even deeper level, you are being shown where they still live through your emotional reactions to seemingly small things.  Watch your emotions and let them point to what is wanting to be healed.  This healing is always available to you, if you stop and ask.  And each inquiry and forgiveness will lead you to greater and greater acceptance.  Keep going my love.  You are awakening more and more every day.

Love God”
