Good morning God.  Resting in your love.  I surrender to the quiet and feel myself expanding into truth.  I’m dismissing all that is illusion and accepting what is – which is where I know peace resides.

“Good morning my love.  Rest here.  The truth is what is seen beyond the stories.  In the quiet you can see and know.  Let go of the thought that you need to write another story.  That takes it out of the realm of knowing and into another mind-based creation with the application of meaning.  The search for meaning requires judgement and is the purview of the mind.  All this just makes you tired.  Rest in the quiet.  Even as you go into your day.  You will know what to do and say – but without the judgement, internal commentary or analysis.  In this space what is truly real will be revealed.
