Good morning, God. I’m hearing so many people (especially peri-menopausal women) talking about finding what we need: from hormones to anti-depressants, to help our “mood”. What is the difference between chemical (physical) shifts that alter mood and sense of well being, and meditation-connection with you?
“Good morning, my love. Humans are understanding some of the physical components to mind and mood function, but this understanding is at a minute level compared to the whole picture. That is Ok. You are trying to understand/manage life at a physical level and it is important, as you are part of the physical world. But, as with everything, you are not connected to the source – the source of your food, your health, and your life. Since humans have been unconscious you have poisoned everything – including your brains/minds, physically and mentally. You can try to compensate with pills, etc., and get some relief, and/or you can return to the source. From here you see what needs to be healed physically/mentally/spiritually, and know what is yours to do. It is from healing your Self that you heal your body/mind – and when you do this, you have healed the world.
