“…Sometimes loving means saying no. Sometimes loving means letting go.
Love,
God”
Hello my Dear Ones.
I didn’t post yesterday and I am getting to posting this late today. This is part of my own challenge with all the aspects of “life”, that seems to take priority over connecting with the Divine. Yet, I did write to God both days, and again, received a message and energy shift that helped me. As I mentioned, I am going through more transitions, which seem to be about moving away from places that don’t feel good. I realize that I am sensitive to anger, criticism, and other types of communication that feels attacking and manipulative. I see the pain and fear that cause it, and don’t take it personally, but it does hurt my heart, diminish my enthusiasm, and reduce my desire to interact with those who use these forms of communication. As I wrote about this today, God gave me this message:
“Good morning my love. You don’t have to be anywhere that does not feel good to you. Pain is a messenger. You don’t have to interact with those who are acting out. You don’t have to let them do it. Yes this is dysfunctional, and yes, it is ok to see it this way. And is it is ok for you to want to change your situation to go where the situations are functional, which means supportive and loving and not abusive. This is one more place where you can choose.
Know that people treat others in the way they feel about them selves. They will hold you at the standards they hold for them selves and condemn you in the way they condemn themselves. It is nothing personal. And you don’t have to subject yourself to it. This is how you respect yourself. What feels bad is that you allow and accept their disrespectful behavior. You don’t have to do this any more. Sometimes loving means saying no. Sometimes loving means letting go.
Love,
God”
