“Be Yourself.  No matter what.  If you are radiating truth and authenticity, you invite truth and authenticity.  This is the natural state for all.  It takes too much work to hide or adjust to fear and pretense.  Be your Self.  Hold your center and focus on what is true in your heart.  It is from this place that you create the space where others will feel they have been given permission to do the same.

I know that I used to hide who I was waiting for others to give me permission to be myself.  I am being reminded that it is only me that can give me that permission. I also know it is easier when I’m around those who share who they are with me.  I see I can give the same gift to everyone.
