I do feel it!  This new year brings a feeling of starting again – anew, changing and choosing.  Remembering that we have this power means we can change anything – do anything.  From stopping habits the no longer serve, to doing new and unfamiliar activities, or even thinking new thoughts.  Everything is possible.  I’m seeing that even small changes can bring great outcomes. I am painting again, seeing how applying small amounts of paint a few hours a day is becoming a magnificent creation before my eyes.

What small but significant change – choice will you make today, remembering that you have the power of the universe in your hands?
