“Everything works out in the end. If hasn’t worked out, it is not the end!

I’m laughing now as this is similar to what was said throughout the movie, The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, “Everything will be alright in the end. If it is not alright, it is not the end” (great movie, by the way). I got some news today that a huge change that I thought was happening, which I had accepted as a new (and sad) reality, isn’t happening as thought. I guess, I have another lesson in the danger of setting expectations, and thinking. Another lesson in trust and knowing that what things look like now, can always change – and usually do. Another lesson in knowing that everything does work out, and will be alright. And from here, to know that it is working out, and is all right, even as it is still unfolding right now. Reminding me to be at peace knowing that everything is working out for the best for all as it is Divine hands.
