Good morning God. What a shift. My heart is so full of peace and love this morning.  I’m committed to living here.  I hear you say over and over that forgiveness is the key and any irritation, resentment, anger, judgement, or negative thoughts block being with You and our natural state, which is unconditional love.  I read an article about a study done of people who intentionally practiced positive thinking, and they were actually no happier and achieved their goals less often than people who did not.  I have always felt that this practice was on the level of the mind and just about telling our selves a different story instead of being honest with our selves. Today I woke up thinking about doing a 10-day emotional cleanse.  I am going to do forgiveness work on every irritation, large or small of myself and everyone else I feel negative energy towards.  If you tell me forgiveness is the key to awakening, then I’m going to do, versus think about it.  I know of Colin Tipping’s forgiveness worksheets which takes and hour or two to do, but I would like your guidance on how I can most effectively forgive everyone and everything in my life.

“Good morning my love.  Forgiveness is the process of bringing the lies to the light of truth, and this happens every day though our time together.  That said, focusing on forgiving the situations that are causing you irritation will heal the illusion that anyone or anything can cause you irritation.  Colin’s process is wonderful and helps you see the greater purpose of the situation as a learning device.  You can also do this with a simple process of bringing your awareness to your state of being, and choosing to look at every negative emotion.  If you are irritated at all, you have an opportunity to forgive. What you/we wrote in the Journey to the Soul Workbooks is perfect and simple:”

The process is done by starting a dialog with the person, situation, or the part of you that is holding the resistance. First start with laying out what happened: all the attitudes, judgments; what was hurtful, painful and why. Then respond as the other person or part of you would respond if you were actually talking with them. Next, change your perspective. Allow and be the Divine One with in you and explain what happened again from the place of everyone having done their best. You can write here that you do not condone or will not allow this to happen again (if applicable), but that you are willing to release the anger and pain as well as the energy of resistance to what happened.  Write what you need to in order to respect yourself and care for yourself, knowing that releasing this pain and anger is the greatest thing you can do to free yourself to find peace. Write and say “I forgive you”. And so it will be.


“The part that you can add here is to use this to see the patterns that you are being shown.  Next, see your opportunity for learning and have gratitude for the lesson.  You can choose to tell everyone thank you, and that you are done with this lesson, and that you release everyone from the contracts that you created to learn this. 
Finally, write what you have learned and especially state that you love and accept everyone for their roles and gifts, if you truly feel it.  Know that it is done. This is your greatest opportunity for growth. Your desire and commitment to awaken and live from this place is growing every day.  And yes, this work will speed up your (or anyone who does this) realization of true peace exponentially.  You are moving from resisting what you don’t want to embracing and becoming what you do want.  This process will take you there.  It is simple… yet the ego tells you that to forgive is weak.  But, you are realizing that the opposite is true.  So, step into your power and take down the walls of your self imposed prison of judgement and guilt, and become free once and for all.
