Good morning God. Even as I’m experiencing this door to awakening, I have been aware of some lingering sadness and resentments this past week.  So today I did some forgiveness work on myself and another, and then went on a long bike ride.  I’m feeling so much better and the resentments and sadness has shifted, and in its place are compassion and peace.  A Course in Miracles talks about forgiveness being the key to healing and awakening.  I am realizing that this is true as every time I do it, I feel miraculously better.  I’m also seeing that the healing is not the goal – or even awakening, but the unlimited possibilities that are available to me from this healed and awakened state.  My creative thoughts and confidence that I can do anything continues to grow.  Thank you.

“Good afternoon my love. Healing your emotional state is just as important as healing your physical state for being creative and effective on this plane.  Both are distractions and both can be healed from the level of spirit.  You are getting stronger every day and since you know how to heal and remove these blocks to your awakening, you are able to do and manifest anything you want.  You saw this yesterday with the miracle that was offered you.  You have let go of just about all the places you have compromised physically, and now you are letting go emotionally.  Remember this for the next time the illusion is tempting you to go back to sleep.  Notice what want’s to emerge now.  Can you show who you are down to the skin?  How about down to the bones?

Note:  God is referring to a painting I did with these words as well as the skeleton skin suit that I’m thinking of wearing in a Halloween parade tonight. It is quite revealing and I’m feeling a little shy and also a little excited about being a bit “out there”…
