Thank you God, Beverly, and Kathy for helping me see where I have chosen to be small in order to have a relationship.  But since that wasn’t really the one I came to be, it fell apart.  The next piece of this was to see this small version of myself still holding on – still wanting things (someone else) to be different.  What I see is that it is me that must choose to be different.  Yesterday, God asked me to take my small eagle fetish with the broken tail and let her go with love and compassion – as the symbol of releasing this small and broken part of me.  I took her to the Clarifier Project community mosaic and put her on the wall.  She is there to remind me of who I once was, but choose not to be any longer.  In her place stands a large eagle with out-stretched wings, ready to fly.
