Good morning God. I see letting go of attachment as another version of letting go of judgement. I’m noticing my struggle with this idea as judgement seems to have value – as in how else can I determine what is good or bad for me? How do I protect myself? Wow, as I write this, I’m seeing a belief that I live is a world that is dangerous and I must protect myself from it. And, the insanity in the belief that I can.
“Good morning my love. What a powerful exploration. These are the threads of your ego/lower levels of consciousness trying to hold on. It really is the belief of your mind that you are not safe and you must be vigilant in judging what is happening around you so you can keep from getting hurt. This part of you can not imagine not judging as it would be mean being vulnerable and adrift. But when you focus on using the 4 Steps I taught you to shift your level of consciousness, you move into my awareness and have the wisdom to discern what is true for you, and see your choices with clarity. You can choose without fear and know that all is well and that you can never be hurt. If you want to stay in your ego/victim level of consciousness, you can try to get your ego to stop judging, but that is like asking a fish to stop swimming. You choice now is to see that you are not a fish, and choose to rise out of the water and see the truth of who you are. From here, again, you know all is well and there is nothing good or bad that needs to be judged.
